Key Responsibilities:
- Develop expertise in performance marketing, creating strategies across Search, Social, and Programmatic channels to deliver measurable value.
- Generate high-quality analysis that simplifies data insights for key stakeholders.
- Expand channel expertise to include new platforms such as Weibo, WeChat, and Tencent, with training provided. Initiate international campaigns and explore new media markets.
- Shape the role's trajectory based on your ambitions—become a digital channel specialist or aim for agency leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns to achieve performance targets.
- Consistently produce innovative campaign strategies and analyses.
- Manage campaigns diligently on a daily basis.
- Stay ahead of industry trends by working with new products.
- Maintain strong relationships with platforms like Google and Facebook.
- Create detailed client reports and conduct competitor analyses.
- Monitor and update project timelines and budgets regularly.

Requirements:
- Degree qualification or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience managing paid media campaigns.
