A leading tech company seeks a Customer Success Representative to support merchants using their AI Website Builder. You will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and engage with customers across chat and email. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, experience in customer support, and familiarity with AI tools to improve site builds. This is a remote full-time role requiring flexibility across US time zones, with weekend availability sometimes necessary.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in SaaS customer support or similar roles.
- Proficiency in AI tooling including OpenAI models.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, English required.
Responsibilities
