Job summary
A leading technology company is seeking a technical leader to head Application Engineering for vSphere Kubernetes Service in EMEA. This role requires a blend of hands-on expertise and strategic leadership in accelerating enterprise adoption of VMware Cloud Foundation. The qualified candidate will have over 10 years of experience in enterprise application engineering and a strong background in Kubernetes and DevOps, along with leading technical teams across regions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise application engineering, with 5+ years in cloud-native/Kubernetes platforms.
- Strong executive presence with ability to influence enterprise decision makers.
- Demonstrated ability to work across sales, business development, and delivery functions.
Responsibilities
- Translate Broadcom’s global vKS vision into actionable programs for EMEA.
- Represent Broadcom in strategic accounts, influencing CIO/CTO-level roadmaps.
- Build, mentor, and inspire a regional team of Application Engineers.
