Job summary

A leading compliance solutions provider is seeking a Fire Damper Engineer to travel across the UK for testing, maintenance, and installation of fire dampers. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge, strong communication skills, and a fire damper inspection qualification. This full-time role requires regional travel and a full clean UK driving licence. Salary will be discussed during the interview.

Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services, including ventilation systems.
  • Willingness to travel and stay away for jobs where necessary.
  • Recognised fire damper inspection qualification is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Travel regionally across the UK for testing and installation of fire dampers.
  • Perform maintenance and ensure adherence to safety guidelines.
  • Accurately report all works using EDSB’s reporting platform.
