Payment is freelance‑based, per appointment. Standard 30‑minute viewings start at £19, with higher rates for longer appointments, inspections, photography and floor plans. Your actual pay will be based on skills and experience.
- Conduct property viewings, meet‑and‑greet appointments, video viewings, photography, floor plans, inspections, and other related tasks as assigned.
- Schedule and manage appointments within your preferred travel radius.
- Provide professional, punctual, and reliable service.
- Flexible, freelance work—accept or decline appointments at your discretion.
- Nationwide presence with travel limits based on your mileage preferences.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Punctual, reliable, comfortable working alone.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Valid DBS or Disclosure Scotland certificate dated within the last 3 years.
