• Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of Shopify and CRO developers
• Set clear expectations, processes, and performance benchmarks
• Create a strong team culture of ownership, communication, and no hand-holding
• Identify skills gaps and help hire, onboard, and train new developers

• Own dev timelines across CRO tests, Shopify builds, landing pages, and integrations
• Categorize tasks by size (S/M/L), flag blockers, and validate feasibility before assigning
• Implement and optimize systems like ClickUp, Slack, GitHub, and Figma handoffs
• Run daily standups, weekly calls, and enforce structured sprint planning
• Build AI Workflows to improve our overall efficiency and output

• Serve as the final line of QA before tasks hit formal review
• Spot bugs, check Figma-to-code accuracy, and uphold performance & accessibility standards
• Push back when timelines or scope are misaligned
• Assign tasks to the team based off capacity
• Ensure every developer ships code they’re proud of

• Coordinate with PMs, CRO leads, QA, and designers to keep everything running smoothly
• Jump into client calls when needed to explain feasibility or technical strategy
• Ensure internal reporting to the CEO is clean, timely, and honest

• 5+ years of Shopify development experience (Shopify Plus, Liquid, APIs)
• 2+ years leading or managing a remote development team
• Strong understanding of CRO workflows, A/B testing tools, and frontend UX
• Figma-to-code implementation that’s pixel-perfect and fast
• Confident using Git, version control, and structured dev processes
• Experience with any A/B testing tools like Convert, Intelligems, or VWO

• Led projects or teams at a high-growth agency or product company
• Built or contributed to a public Shopify app
• Familiar with QA workflows and performance testing
• Helped shape internal dev documentation and SOPs

• You don’t just build. You architect, lead, and motivate others
• You love structure, speed, and clarity, but know when to bend the rules
• You’re proactive, take responsibility, and spot issues before they become problems
• You enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to launch great products
• You’re excited by the future, internal app development, A/B tools, and building a dev culture from scratch

• Work with premium eCommerce clients scaling fast
• Be part of a high-trust, high-performance remote team
• Influence our roadmap, tools, and future dev hires
• Get in early, help build the future of our agency, and shape products along the way
