Digis isseeking anexperienced ITMarketing Project Manager (Part-Time) tojoin our remote team and helpus elevate our cutting-edge project tothe next level.

About the Project:
Wepartner with luxury and independent hotels toelevate their digital presence and drive sustainable direct growth.
Project Location &Time Zone: UK-based client, work inthe Ukrainian time zone
Project Stage: Ongoing
Methodology: Scrum
Commitment: Part-time, 4hours per day (Monday—Friday)
Team Composition: 1PO, 8developers.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding:

• Oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring asmooth transition from sales toproject management

Project Management:

• Manage the end-to-end delivery ofwebsite builds and booking engine setups
• Ensure projects are completed ontime, within budget, and exceed client expectations

Process Improvement:

• Continuously seek opportunities toimprove project management processes and methodologies
• Monitor project budgets and financial performance
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with the sales team toidentify new business opportunities
• Support sales activities with project insights, reporting, and client presentations

Requirements:

• 3+years ofexperience inIT marketing project management
• 3+years ofexperience working with Scrum methodology
• Experience with web development, CMS platforms, integrations, Jira, and Agile/Scrum practices
• Previous experience inthe hospitality sector ordigital agencies
• Upper-Intermediate orhigher level ofEnglish
• Background inwebsite delivery and/or client onboarding processes
• Strong technical understanding and the ability tocommunicate complex concepts clearly
