- Accreditation - BACP/UKCP/COSCA/BPS/NCS/BABCP or equivalent
- Alternative - Diploma-level qualification + 3 years post-qualification experience + 450+ counselling hours
- Approach - Experience in short-term, solution-focused therapeutic models
- Supervision - Regular professional clinical supervision arrangements should be in place
- Insurance - Professional indemnity (minimum ÂŁ1,000,000)
- Compliance - ICO registration as Data Controller
- Previous EAP experience preferred but not essential
- Assessment and support planning expertise
- Short-term counselling interventions with workplace focus
- Understanding of organizational dynamics and work-life challenges
- Knowledge of local therapeutic resources and referral pathways
