Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software or infrastructure engineering experience.
• At least 3 years in a senior/principal-level role.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures (AWS / GCP / Azure).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the technical architecture for scalable platforms.
• Provide technical guidance to engineering teams.
• Lead initiatives in infrastructure-as-code and automated deployment.
• Design systems for cloud scalability and high availability.
• Drive adoption of monitoring and observability frameworks.
• Implement platform security best practices.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align platform services.
• Develop and coach senior engineers.
