MSP Implementation Consultant - Candidates must have 3+ years experience within the Managed IT Service Provider industry.

This role is only open to candidates with at least 3 years of direct experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP).

Experience in corporate IT departments, internal IT teams, or general software/software vendor implementation will not be considered.

We’re looking for a new teammate who has lived and breathed the MSP world — someone who knows what it’s like to manage common workflows, and client demands while leveraging core systems like PSA and RMM tools.

In this role, you’ll deliver and optimise PSA, RMM, and reporting platforms for MSPs globally. You’ll configure systems, migrate data, train end-users, and ensure each project delivers real ROI for our partners.

• Lead multiple implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution.
• Act as the primary contact, training stakeholders and end-users on functionality and best practices.
• Configure, customise, and migrate data into core systems with precision.
• Deliver configurations that meet partners’ needs while aligning with best practices.
• Ensure clients achieve ROI through strategic project execution.
• Stay ahead of industry developments, vendor updates, and new features.
• Travel to partner sites and industry events (15–20% of the role).
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our delivery processes and frameworks.

• Must have experience in the Managed Service Provider Industry: You’ve worked within an MSP for at least 3 years and understand its nuances.
• Systems Knowledge: Strong experience with PSA, CRM, or ticketing systems within an MSP. Bonus points for experience in implementing and migrating core systems.
• Project Management Skills: Strong communication, organisational, and time management abilities.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Analytical thinker with the ability to adapt in dynamic environments.
