This role is only open to candidates with at least 3 years of direct experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP).

Experience in corporate IT departments, internal IT teams, or general software/software vendor implementation will not be considered.

In this role, you’ll deliver and optimise PSA, RMM, and reporting platforms for MSPs globally. You’ll configure systems, migrate data, train end-users, and ensure each project delivers real ROI for our partners.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead multiple implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution.
• Act as the primary contact, training stakeholders and end-users on functionality and best practices.
• Configure, customise, and migrate data into core systems with precision.
• Deliver configurations that meet partners’ needs while aligning with best practices.
• Ensure clients achieve ROI through strategic project execution.
• Stay ahead of industry developments, vendor updates, and new features.
• Travel to partner sites and industry events (15–20% of the role).
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our delivery processes and frameworks.

What You’ll Bring

• Must have experience in the Managed Service Provider Industry: You’ve worked within an MSP for at least 3 years and understand its nuances.
• Systems Knowledge: Strong experience with PSA, CRM, or ticketing systems within an MSP. Bonus points for experience in implementing and migrating core systems.
