Skills
Salary: £13.00 per hour + Uncapped Monthly Bonus
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM (initially); Opportunity to increase hours upon completing probation

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telesales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for making warm outbound calls to customers with existing solar installations, offering maintenance and upgrade services while providing excellent customer care.
- Make outbound calls to existing solar customers
- Promote maintenance and upgrade services
- Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM system
- Work to targets while delivering exceptional customer service
- Support the team with general telesales activity
- Previous telesales experience and strong communication skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment

- Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and multitasking
