We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Processing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with daily documentation, data entry, and coordination tasks to keep our dispatch and freight operations running smoothly. • Accurately process and maintain shipment records, invoices, and related documentation


• Support dispatchers with scheduling, load tracking, and customer communication


• Enter and update data into company systems with high attention to detail


• Prepare and review paperwork to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations


• Assist in resolving documentation or processing issues as they arise


• Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and team members to provide timely support


• Perform general administrative tasks to support daily operations

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in logistics or administration is a plus


• Previous experience in an administrative, logistics, or processing role preferred


• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems


• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Strong verbal and written communication skills
