Job description
DACH Region, Poland, Scandinavia and Benelux
We are looking for experienced, certified Anaplanners or professionals in comparable technologies to join our Professional Services team and contribute their knowledge and skills across a variety of industries and use cases in our growing client portfolio.

At Bedford Consulting, we put the customer at the centre of everything we do. With Anaplan’s hugely powerful Connected Planning solution, we aim to enable our clients to improve their decision making by gaining transparency and visibility through business-owned models and transforming response time into real time to make better decisions to improve their business performance.

The ideal candidate will be a native/fluent German speaker, ensuring fluency in both written and spoken communication. While you don’t need to be based in Germany, we’re looking for someone located in a country where we have established a legal entity* and with a similar time zone to facilitate collaboration with our team and customers.

Bedford is a remote first company, as well as providing employees with access to shared working spaces (e.g. Wework/Regus) if you wish to work from an office.

Main Responsibilities
  • You will work in our Professional Services team to deliver high quality Anaplan solutions for our customers within the agreed timeframe and budget.
  • Actively participate in business development initiatives when you are not active in the project.
  • Communicate effectively and openly with your colleagues at Bedford & Anaplan.
  • Develop and implement the latest Anaplan product enhancements together with our internal knowledge base. Maintain the exchange of knowledge with other colleagues.
  • You bring experience with different business environments and dealing with customer expectations.
  • Maintain relationships with our customers at the appropriate levels. Monitor progress, manage risks and ensure key stakeholders are informed of progress and expected outcomes. Manage expectations of service delivery to our clients. Create long-term relationships that extend beyond our project delivery.
  • You have the ability to take a consultative approach by listening to the client’s needs and developing a shared vision for a solution.

To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills:

  • Background knowledge in the field of either financial / multidimensional modelling or S&OP.
  • A high degree of professional maturity, responsibility and motivation.
  • Excellent communicator with a natural talent for consulting.
  • Excellent presentation, customer relations and communication skills – both internally and externally.
  • A track record of effectively creating planning models for a platform user base.
  • Proven ability to effectively create new planning applications under own guidance.
  • Experience in the end-to-end development of planning models, ideally with Anaplan.

To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills:
