Job summary
A leading innovative iGaming company in the UK is seeking a Head of Affiliates to build, lead and scale their affiliate program. This role involves managing high-value partnerships, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring compliance in a rapidly evolving industry. Candidates should have over 5 years of affiliate marketing experience, preferably in the crypto gambling space. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of revenue growth and team management, along with a deep understanding of blockchain technology.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in affiliate marketing, with at least 3 years in crypto gambling or iGaming.
- 2+ years managing and developing teams.
- Proven track record of scaling affiliate programs and achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute affiliate campaigns aligned with company growth objectives.
- Manage affiliate marketing budget and forecast revenue contribution.
- Ensure affiliate compliance across jurisdictions.
