Job summary
A leading ecommerce solutions provider is seeking a Solutions Architect to drive technical success and ensure seamless integrations for complex customer accounts. This role involves collaborating with customers, providing technical guidance, and optimizing data flows. Candidates should have over 5 years of solutions engineering experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly. This position offers a competitive salary range and is based in the City of London.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in solutions/implementation engineering with strong customer-facing experience.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot integrations end-to-end using tools like Postman and DevTools.
- Strong communicator who can translate complex technical topics for non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical onboarding for complex customers and manage API integrations.
- Collaborate with customers' development teams and assist with implementation.
- Participate in escalations requiring deep technical investigation.
