A leading optometry retailer in Tenterden is seeking a qualified Optometrist to join their team. This position involves providing exceptional eye care using the latest clinical technology. The ideal candidate will be GOC registered, confident, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum depending on experience
Working hours: Full time

Specsavers in Tenterden, which opened in 2022, is looking for a forward-thinking Optometrist to join their team. Our experienced team use the very latest clinical technology which allows them to improve patient outcomes. As our next Optometrist you will have the opportunity to provide a first-class experience to every one of our patients.
We are a medium sized store with 3 test rooms who really pride ourselves on our family orientated team environment. We are passionate about the clinical development of our team, and as our new Optometrist, we would support you with extra courses and specialisms that interest you. Whatever your ambitions, from WOPEC qualifications and independent prescribing to paediatric accreditations or enhanced optical services, we’ll do everything we can to help you be the best clinician you can be.
We’re located in the beautiful town of Tenterden, known as the "Jewel of the Weald" - it offers a rich history, excellent shopping facilities, stunning architecture (the high street is picturesque!) and all the other little quirks you can expect from a typical country town. All that within just a stone’s throw of the Kent countryside.
Alongside being a qualified and GOC registered Optometrist, the right person for this position will be confident, possess a strong worth ethic and a willingness to succeed. You’ll be passionate about your job and enjoy a fast-paced environment. We are looking for an Optometrist who will go the extra mile for our customers and someone who encourages their colleagues to do the same.
