.**About the role** The Commissions Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire monthly commissions process, including the calculation, creation, tracking, and optimisation of commission plans, supported by fully documented process notes. This role requires close collaboration with Sales and Finance teams, as well as other internal stakeholders, to ensure accuracy and efficiency. In addition to managing routine processes, the position involves forecasting commission payments and conducting various ad-hoc analyses and projects to support business objectives.**Responsibilities** **Requirements** Proven experience in commission management or related financial operations. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence process improvements. Proficiency in reporting tools and Microsoft Office (Excel essential).Knowledge of compliance standards and best practices in commission processes.
