Job summary
A community-focused care organization in Brimington CP is seeking compassionate individuals for senior care roles. Ideal candidates will have previous senior care experience, preferably with NVQ qualifications in Health and Social Care. The role involves supporting residents to remain active and independent, supervising care assistants, and ensuring good care practices. Full and part-time contracts are available, with an hourly rate starting at £12.81, along with various employee benefits such as paid time off, life insurance, and in-house training.
