Health Care Assistant jobs in United Kingdom

We are looking for a team of Personal Assistants to support a gentleman with progressive MS. The gentleman lives in an adapted bungalow.

Hours of Work:
11:00 am – 5:00 pm (6 hours per day),7 days per week = 42 hours per week.

Hours of each PA is open to negotiation, ensuring the 42 hours are covered, extra hours to cover holidays and sickness will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide transport to hospital and other medical appointments (applicants must hold a valid driving licence).
• Assist with personal care and toileting.
• Prepare meals and support with domestic tasks and housework.
• Support with physiotherapy exercises.
• Be willing to undertake hoist training.

Requirements:

• Fluent English speaker (male or female applicants welcome).
• Must be able to drive.

Pay Rate:
£17.00 per hour
