Seeking Home Care workers and Domestic Workers in and around the Healesville, Brunswick, Glenroy, Preston, Kew, St Kilda area to join our fast growing and culturally diverse Home Care company.
We offer:
Industry Competitive Hourly Rates (25% loading applies) - $33 – $36 per hour
Motor vehicle kilometre reimbursement paid higher than SCHADS award
Casual and permanent part time shifts available

$15,900 salary packaging per FBT year to significantly reduce your taxable income
About us
Accent Home Careis a division of Tabulam and Templer Homes for the Aged (TTHA) who have been supporting older people for over 50 years.
Accent Home Care has a range of services that extend to Home Care Packages (HCP), Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) and private services.
About the role
In this role, you will provide quality care and support to individuals in their own home, including social support, assistance in the shower, shopping and cleaning. You will uphold the new Aged Care Standards of consumer choice and dignity at all times.
As a Personal Carer or Domestic worker, you will provide excellent customer service, going always the extra mile to make your client's day. This is a busy but very rewarding role, in which you will be impacting people's lives in every shift.
During your day, you will always maintain professional boundaries and apply the Privacy and Confidentiality Act. Your knowledge and skills around infection control and manual handling, will assist you to ensure health and safety laws are adhered to.
About you
To be considered for this role, you MUST have the following relevant experience, skills, knowledge and qualifications:
Certificate III or above within the health and community services (Does not apply for Domestic workers)
