Job summary
A manufacturing company is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and lead a team of 70 employees. Responsibilities include ensuring production efficiency, quality, and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of supervisory experience, a strong understanding of LEAN principles, and excellent communication skills.
