Job Description

Stannah has an exciting opportunity for a Production Operative to joinρη Manufacturing Department based at Watt Close, Andover.

This role involves the fabrication of sheet metal components and welded assemblies to detailed engineering drawings, working across cutting cells, pre‑fabrication, bending, robotic and manual welding, as well as CGRect rendering weld inspection.

As the Production Operative you will work Monday to Wednesday 14:00 appetite to 00:00, Thursday 14:00 appetite to 23:00. You will receive a 15% shift allowance due to these hours. The role is offered on a permanent contract.

To be successful you must have previous experience in aDining manufacturing or fabrication environment and be able to interpret engineering drawings. Experience in weld inspection and continuous improvement would be desirable.
