Job summary
A global consulting firm is seeking a Consultant/Senior Consultant to join their Modern Workplace tribe. The successful candidate will lead people-centric change across workplace transformations and work closely with clients to ensure the successful adoption of new technologies. Responsibilities include developing change strategies, conducting impact assessments, and facilitating stakeholder engagement. Candidates should have strong experience in change management and stakeholder engagement. This is a full-time role based in Greater London, with opportunities for career growth and development.
Qualifications
- Experience in leading change management initiatives for workplace transformations.
- Strong ability to engage stakeholders and manage relationships effectively.
- Experience in developing change strategies aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of business change strategies for clients.
- Conduct change impact assessments and readiness activities.
- Build stakeholder engagement plans and communications matrices.
- Define success metrics for user adoption and track progress.
- Provide coaching to business leads and change agents.
- Facilitate workshops to co-create solutions with stakeholders.
