Responsibilities
- Providing 2nd line support to end users across desktop, server, and network systems.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, escalating where necessary.

- Supporting hardware builds, imaging, patching, and updates.
- Maintaining asset registers and ensuring high levels of system uptime.
- Contributing to IT improvement projects and process automation.
- Occasionally travelling to UK and Ireland sites for installations or fixes.
