Responsibilities

• Attend live first-team fixtures as assigned, primarily at weekends and midweek evenings.
• Identify, assess, and monitor potential first-team recruitment targets.
• Produce clear, accurate, and timely written scouting reports.
• Liaise regularly with the Chief Scout and wider scouting team.
