What We Ask For

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about youth development and possessesa strong leadership presence.

You should have a proventrack recordof managing or leading a football academy or youth program at a high level, with a deep understanding of coaching methodologies, talent identification, and player progression.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to motivate and inspire staff, players, and stakeholders.

A thorough knowledge of safeguarding policies, legislation, and regulatory standards is crucial to ensure the safety and well‑being of all young players.

You must hold relevant coaching qualifications, such as the UEFA Pro License or equivalent, and demonstratea commitment to continuous professional development.
