As a Senior Supervisor, you’ll lead the shop during your shifts, setting the pace and supporting the team to deliver great service every day. You’re a confident, reliable presence on the floor: hands‑on, proactive, and focused on keeping standards high. You’ll guide and coach a small team of full‑time, part‑time, and casual staff, ensuring consistency in service, food, and drink preparation while keeping the shop running smoothly.

- Help maintain the training matrix and assess skill levels
- Raise maintenance issues quickly and support daily equipment checks
- Support stock routines: rotation, restocking, waste checks
- Help keep the shop organised, efficient, and positive
