+ Tip share (Approx. £1 per hour additional)

What we’re looking for

As a Senior Supervisor, you’ll lead the shop during your shifts, setting the pace and supporting the team to deliver great service every day. You’re a confident, reliable presence on the floor: hands‑on, proactive, and focused on keeping standards high. You’ll guide and coach a small team of full‑time, part‑time, and casual staff, ensuring consistency in service, food, and drink preparation while keeping the shop running smoothly.

Your experience
  • 1–2+ years in hospitality, ideally in a fast‑paced coffee or food environment
  • Confident preparing food and drinks, or quick to learn
  • Experience leading a shift or delegating tasks
  • Passion for training others and upholding high standards
  • (Bonus) Basic understanding of food safety or equipment care
What You’ll Do
  • Lead shifts and set the pace for great service
  • Train new team members and coach the team on the job
  • Maintain high standards for service, recipes, cleanliness, and consistency
  • Support the team with upselling, speed, and customer rapport
  • Keep the team focused on monthly promotions and key business goals
  • Spot performance gaps early and give real‑time guidance
  • Help maintain the training matrix and assess skill levels
  • Raise maintenance issues quickly and support daily equipment checks
  • Support stock routines: rotation, restocking, waste checks
  • Help keep the shop organised, efficient, and positive
  • Step up to support the business when needed
