Overview

We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Key Account Manager to join our direct-delivery foodservice business in London. This role places you at the centre of the capital’s premium hospitality scene working with 5-star hotels, Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury venues, and some of the city’s most respected small chains. As a key member of our food service team, you will manage your own portfolio of high-value accounts while also leading and developing a small group of account managers. This blended role offers both strategic influence and hands‑on impact, perfect for someone who loves people as much as they love outstanding food. You will have a structured induction, gaining insight into how the company operates.

What the day job looks like:

As Key Account Manager - Foodservice, you will:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts across London’s best hotels, restaurants and hospitality operators.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of account managers—guiding their development and driving a high-performance culture.
  • Be the go-to expert for our products, helping customers discover the best of our range.
  • Build and deliver a focused sales strategy to strengthen customer relationships and drive sustainable growth.
  • Represent Belazu at industry events, tastings, and trade shows.
  • Use CRM and sales tools to track performance, forecast accurately, and manage your pipeline.
  • Work cross-functionally with ops, marketing and product teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Champion Belazu’s values of people, community and planet in everything you do.
This role will suit you if:
  • You have solid sales or account management experience in the food industry - ideally within foodservice, premium hospitality, or food & beverage (F&B).
  • You’ve previously managed or coached others and enjoy seeing your team succeed.
  • You’re a natural relationship-builder who thrives in customer-facing roles.
  • You’re proactive, organised and thrive in fast-paced, high-standard environments.
  • You know your way around CRM tools, Excel and digital pipelines.
  • You’re passionate about great ingredients and care about sustainability, culture, and purpose.

  • You’re not confident managing people or key accounts.
  • You don’t enjoy working in the food or hospitality space.
  • You prefer working behind the scenes with little customer interaction.
  • You’re not comfortable juggling multiple priorities or working with data/CRM tools.

Terms
  • 40 hrs/week | Mon–Fri | 8:30am–5:00pm (with flexible start times)
  • Hybrid model – typically Mon & Tues in-office
  • 3-month probationary period
  • Bonus: up to 30% based on clear KPIs
  • Based in Greenford, West London (Central Line)
