• BSc. (or equivalent) in Chemistry or closely related discipline.
• Extensive experience conducting and directing process development.
• Extensive experience in leading process development groups.
• Extensive experience tech transferring manufacturing processes.

• Postgraduate Qualification (or equivalent) in organic chemistry, chemistry, or closely related discipline.
• Experience in API process development.
• Experience in tech transferring processes to external manufacturing facilities.
• Experience in leading manufacturing activities.
