We’re recruiting for a full‑time Night Cleaner to join our team at Hale Country Club & Spa.

THG Experience manages a portfolio of prestige event locations and luxury properties including Hale Country Club & Spa, King Street Townhouse Hotel, Great John Street Hotel and 100 King Street. We create exceptional experiences, services, and content.

• Location: Hale, Cheshire
• Position: Full‑time, Permanent
• Hours: 40 hours per week, variable shifts including some weekends (5 days a week)
• Shift patterns: Monday – Thursday 9.30 pm – 5.30 am; Friday – Sunday 9 pm – 5 am
• Salary: Competitive, reflecting your skills and experience

• In accordance with the cleaning specification clean all centre areas including: offices, stores, toilets, restaurant, showers, sports areas, changing rooms, shower areas, stairs, landing, corridors, sauna/steam rooms, fitness gyms, receptions and all furniture & fittings.
• Replenish paper towels, soap, toilet paper, bin liners.
• Use machines, tools, equipment and materials as necessary.
• Empty litter bins into appropriate containers, remove to dustbin compound.
• Ensure a high standard of customer care is achieved at all times.
• Attend regular training courses when arranged.
• Cover for other cleaners during holidays and sickness.
• Carry out any other duties within the scope and grading of the post.

• Specific experience within a spa/health club environment.
• Hands‑on approach.
• Impeccable attention to detail and customer service experience.
• Proven experience working as part of a successful team with excellent interpersonal skills.
