Job summary
A technology consulting firm in Manchester is seeking a Business Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders and analyze processes. You will document requirements, support design and testing, and bridge the gap between business and technical teams. Candidates should have solid experience in a similar role, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in tools like JIRA and Confluence. This role requires onsite presence three days a week and offers a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements.
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Create clear functional specifications and process documentation.
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams.
- Support solution design, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Manage requirement changes and ensure traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
