The successful candidate will manage pre-construction information and oversee the adoption process by coordinating with authorities. Reporting to the Head of Engineering, the successful candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach to the responsibilities outlined below.
Applicants must show a sound understanding of the Section 38, Section 278 and Section 104 processes, supported by a strong foundation in engineering principles. This includes a working knowledge of NHBC Standards and service infrastructure requirements.
The successful candidate will also demonstrate the ability to effectively manage the adoption process and confidently chair meetings with relevant statutory authorities.
Education in a construction or engineering-related discipline.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organisational, administrative and IT skills with attention to detail.
Full UK driving licence.
