A leading engineering solutions provider is seeking a Customer Service representative for their Belfast office. You will join the Customer Service Team, responsible for handling inquiries and providing administrative support. Applicants should have at least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a B2B environment, and be proficient in ERP software and MS Office. As part of the Customer Service Team you will be responsible for Customer Service duties and for providing administrative support to the Supply Chain operations (Belfast and Milton Keynes). This role involves administrative tasks, maintaining accurate documentation records, providing an excellent level of customer service, and proactively communicating with all company stakeholders.
Teamwork, communication and attention to detail are crucial for you to succeed in this role.
