We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team as a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club. You will ensure members see a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors while standing on your feet and on the go. Maintaining a positive attitude will help customers have a great experience from start to finish.

Base pay range: $16.00/hr – $23.00/hr. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience; discuss with your recruiter for details.

• Ensure a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance as necessary, responding to spills, and operating floor scrubbers.
• Maintain cleaning of all facility areas (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following company procedures, guidelines, and methods with approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Conduct safety sweeps and follow proper forklift spotting, hazardous material handling, and steel standard guidelines.
• Maintain appropriate levels of company‑approved chemicals and supplies, rotating and storing them properly, and place orders when supplies are low.
• At all times work a full shift on your feet in physically demanding environments and adapt quickly to changing work scenarios.
• Keep member satisfaction as your top priority and maintain a positive attitude throughout your shift.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
