Responsibilities

Responsible laborer will perform a variety of labor tasks including but not limited to material handling, building and property upkeep, maintenance and landscaping of property and varies from day to day. Labor requirement aspects include:

• Adaptability to different labor processes and methods
• Efficient and safety minded
• Consistent on punctuality to the work schedule
• Willingness to follow directions and protocols
• Follow safety procedures and standards to ensure not only your safety but the people around you as well
• Works well with others efficiently
• Able to perform medium to heavy work, exerting up to 50 lbs of weight frequently
• Able to lift over 50 lbs when needed
• On the job training
• Able to meet physical requirements as well as background check requirements
• Position is full time – non-exempt (eligible for overtime)
