Position: GCSE, Functional Skills, ESOL Tutor

Location: Flexible (in-person or remote depending on the referral)

You’ll help secondary students excel in core subjects, boosting their confidence as they approach GCSEs and A-levels. Your tailored lessons will ensure they’re ready for the academic milestones ahead.

• Deliver personalised lessons based on individual student needs.
• Identify strengths and areas for improvement to support academic progress.
• Use engaging methods to simplify complex topics.
• Provide regular feedback to parents and schools.

• Experience in secondary education or tutoring, with subject expertise.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to make challenging topics accessible.
• Patience and enthusiasm for helping students achieve academic success.
• A degree in Education (preferred but not required).

• £25 per hour starting rate.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
