📍 Location: Scarborough

We are hiring on behalf of a Scarborough SEMH provision. As an SEMH Teacher, you will lead the delivery of high‑quality lessons and interventions, supporting pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs to access the curriculum and achieve their potential. You will work closely with the SENCO, support staff, and parents to create a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons tailored to pupils with SEMH needs.
  • Implement strategies to support emotional regulation, social skills, and behaviour management.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and support staff to meet individual pupil needs.
  • Monitor and record pupil progress and wellbeing, providing feedback to leadership and parents.
  • Contribute to each pupil’s Individual Education Plan (IEP) and ensure targets are met.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
