Head of Pre-Prep
Job summary
A leading independent school in Sevenoaks is seeking a dynamic educational leader to head the Pre-Prep department. The role requires vision and management skills to enhance the early years education experience for children aged 2 to 4. The successful candidate will work closely with current leadership to maintain a high standard of education, ensuring joyful and nurturing first experiences in schooling. Working with autonomy, yet in close partnership with Mr Nik Pears, Head of St Michael’s since January 2021, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the Pre‑Prep and ensuring that every child receives the very best start to their educational journey.
