Our client is experiencing rapid growth and requires specialist strategic construction support as their business expands data centre operations across Europe. We are looking for a mid to senior Construction lawyer to support them for 6 to 12 months.

What You’ll Do

You’ll play a key role in supporting the acquisition, build-out, and, in some cases, lease co-locations for additional data centres. Working closely with an experienced in-house construction expert, you’ll help deliver ambitious growth plans. The work will be varied and focused on non-contentious construction matters.

  • Construction Expertise: Ideally with experience in data centre projects
  • Ability to manage multiple matters, set priorities, and drive tasks/projects to completion with structure and clarity
  • Skilled at simplifying complex topics, engaging stakeholders, and creating compelling decks and dashboards to highlight business risk
  • Trusted collaborator who can align stakeholders and navigate ambiguity and competing priorities
