We’re looking for an Advanced Practitioner to join our Hastings Primary Care Hub, where you’ll lead on delivering high-quality care to unregistered patients and work as part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team.

Due to the nature of this position, employment is subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, completion of a satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure and three years of references.
