This role exists to build a calm, professional, world‑class content operation around a creator whose work sets the standard for CGX.

As Director of Content Operations, you will own everything operational that surrounds CGX content so our Founder and Creator can focus fully on programming, performance, and creative leadership.

You will be the senior operational partner to the creator and the owner of the content engine that turns vision into reliable, member‑ready content across workouts, nutrition, and knowledge.

This is a hands‑on leadership role with real authority. You will set structure, remove friction, protect time, and ensure content is delivered to the highest standard without chaos or last‑minute stress. You will have clear decision‑making authority within agreed creative boundaries.

• Act as the single operational partner to the Founder and Creator
• Protect her time, energy, and focus at all times
• Ensure she is never pulled into logistics, coordination, or chasing
• Plan filming schedules around performance, recovery, and family life
• Create a calm, prepared, professional filming environment

• Own the master content calendar across programs, series, and releases
• Plan filming cycles and production timelines with realistic pacing
• Ensure nothing starts without proper planning and readiness

• Own end‑to‑end filming and studio operations
• Ensure the studio is fully prepared in advance of every shoot
• Manage production and post‑production workflows
• Ensure consistency, quality, and on‑time delivery

• Own operational delivery of meal ideas, recipes, and knowledge articles
• Translate high‑level themes into clear execution plans
• Coordinate contributors, photographers, and suppliers
• Ensure follow‑ups, approvals, imagery, and metadata are handled proactively
• The Founder sets direction and standards, not delivery

• Own content operations input into the CMS
• Ensure content workflows are practical and reduce duplication
• Own metadata standards, accuracy, and completeness
• Maintain a single source of truth for content status

• Line‑manage content coordination and production roles
• Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable
• Coordinate closely with Design, Product, and Engineering
• Remove blockers and resolve issues before they escalate

• Manage photographers, editors, writers, and other suppliers
• Ensure suppliers deliver to CGX standards
• Prevent operational noise reaching the creator

• It does not define training philosophy
• It does not design workouts
• It does not override creative authority
• It is not about volume over quality
• It is not a generic content management role
• It is not a role where the Founder is the operational safety net

This role exists to enable excellence, not to sit above it.

You are likely someone who has:

• Senior experience in content operations, production operations, or studio leadership
• Experience supporting high‑performing creators, talent, or experts
• A calm, organised, and proactive operating style
• Strong people leadership and follow‑through

• Alignment with evidence‑based, member‑first values

• Competitive salary of £90,000 to £110,000 depending on experience
