Under the guidance of an assigned mentor, you will be exposed to the application of performance development principles in a professional sport setting including, but not limited to: daily monitoring and testing, databasing and reporting data, delivery of field and gym-based sessions, the delivery of late-stage rehabilitation, and overseeing of nutritional and recovery strategies.Throughout the placement you will earn opportunities to develop job specific skillsets, including coaching delivery, programme writing, interpreting data, presenting and sharing insights, reflective practice, working effectively as part of a team, and utilising current technology (inc. Catapult GPS, VALD testing, Power Bi).We are looking for candidates who can be part of an interdisciplinary team, be proactive and innovative in their approach, and communicate effectively at all levels.
