A leading real estate services firm in the UK is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee complex projects and lead teams. The successful candidate will be MRICS qualified and possess strong leadership and client management skills. Responsibilities include managing project functions, developing client relationships, and mentoring junior team members. Colliers Project & Building Consultancy (PBC) is a multi-disciplinary UK and European consultancy with a dynamic, commercial outlook and close-knit team ethic, working within the property industry.
The Project Management team comprise of 39 individual PM across the UK. Colliers PM team deliver a range of projects across a number of disciplines including predominantly the commercial, residential, data centres and industrial sectors.
