  • Drive commercial performance by delivering key KPIs for sales, profitability, and market share, while maximising fragrance house sales across online and offline channels.
  • Develop and execute 360° commercial plans including promotional strategies, new launches, in-store experiences, and digital activations across e-commerce, CRM, and social platforms.

  • Stay ahead of market trends and industry changes, fostering innovation and supporting Buying Assistants through coaching and development.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent planning and organisational ability, prioritising workload to meet business objectives.
  • Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, with adaptability to changing processes.
  • Collaborative relationship builder, supporting team members and sharing knowledge to achieve goals.
WHAT YOU’LL GAIN
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays with the option to buy additional days.
  • Access to Wagestream, to support your financial wellbeing needs, giving you more control and flexibility with your pay.
  • Hybrid Working! 3 days office and 2 days off‑site.
  • Access to our TPS Perks which offers you a variety of saving and discount options.
  • Buy & Sell Holiday scheme and Life Assurance.
  • 20% staff discount, as well as discounts at Superdrug and Three Mobile.
  • Round the clock support from our partnership with RetailTrust.
  • Cycle to work scheme for those who don’t mind riding up the hills of High Wycombe.
