Portfolio Planner and Insights Manager

Salary: National £40000 - £45000, London £50000 - £55000

Location: Norwich, Sheffield, York or London

Contract: 12 Months Fixed Term

A bit about the job

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping Aviva’s strategic decisions through robust planning and insightful analysis.

This role exists to make sure our digital portfolios align with organisational goals and regulatory requirements, helping us prioritise effectively and allocate resources where they matter most.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams, providing clear recommendations and driving continuous improvement in planning and reporting processes.

Skills and experience we’re looking for
  • Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Expertise in planning methodologies and interpreting performance data.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing abilities.
  • Ability to build dashboards and scenario models to inform prioritisation, define outcome metrics/OKRs, and track value realisation.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and portfolio management systems; familiarity with agile ways of working.
