A leading healthcare provider in the UK is seeking an Associate Practitioner to join their Point of Care Testing (POCT) team. This key role involves implementing, maintaining, and monitoring POCT services to ensure timely and accurate test results. The ideal candidate will possess an NVQ level 3 qualification along with experience in pathology laboratories and troubleshooting equipment. This position offers a competitive salary range of £28,859 to £31,670 per annum, supporting a dynamic healthcare environment with a collaborative team approach.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-focusedAssociate Practitioner to join the Point of Care Testing (POCT) team at Wexham Park Hospital.
This is a key role within our pathology service, supporting the delivery of high-quality, reliable near-patient testing that directly informs clinical decision-making and improves patient outcomes across the organisation.
As part of a collaborative and supportive team, you will help implement, maintain and monitor POCT services, ensuring test results are timely, accurate and compliant with regulatory and governance standards. You will work closely with clinical and laboratory colleagues, providing training, quality assurance and technical support.
