A leading automotive retailer in Chester seeks a managerial role focused on supporting sales executives and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate has automotive experience, strong coaching abilities, and excellent communication skills. Offering a salary of £55,000 OTE, including a company car and a range of benefits, this full-time role requires a proactive approach to developing team performance while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Contract Type: Full-time, permanent
Hours:44 hours on a rota basis (between Monday to Friday 09:00 - 18:00, Saturday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sunday 11:00 - 15:00)
Salary: £55,000 OTE (including £35,000 basic plus bonus and Company Car)
