# Training & Competence Supervisor & Compliance ManagerRegion: South WestLocation: LauncestonJob reference: ANEE01853## The role**Training & Competence Supervisor & Compliance Manager** **Salary dependant on experience** **Full Time position. Permanent Contract** **Location: Launceston, Cornwall** **Mon – Fri, 9-5, 35 hr week, office based** NFU Mutual offers a wide range of products and services, including general insurance, life, pensions and investments and has been providing quality insurance for its customers, for over 110 years. An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Launceston Agency. **About the role:** This is a crucial role ensuring that the agency meets its regulatory obligations, maintains high quality standards and achieves its goals. The role includes delivering and overseeing the Agency’s T&C framework, including the continuous development of staff. This will be achieved by assessments of customer phone calls and face to face interactions and providing feedback and coaching. Preparation for audits and monthly compliance returns. Other duties as agreed with the Agents **About you:** • Experience of working in a regulated working environment desirable • Commitment to obtaining licencing requirements within an agreed timeframe • Strong interpersonal skills • Previous coaching and development experience • Systematic and organised with attention to detail • Polite professional manner, confident on the phone and with IT • Numerate.
